Networking and Curriculum Shareshops

The Network and Curriculum Shareshops introduces ideas and practicalities – a space where tools can be shared, borrowed and experienced through collaboration of teachers. We hope the workshops will demonstrate how achievable this can take place with the right time, energy and space of teaching American Sign Language with our students.
Shareshop Schedule: 9am to 12pm:
American Sign Language Technology Shareshop
led by Angela V. Farrand, Amber Byrd, Gina Harker
BRING your own device (computer/laptop)
• To have a collaborative session to share ideas for classroom management, useful technology in the classroom, and for assessments/progress monitoring.
• To utilize the information shared in the session to set up an alternative (non-social media) online site where information, tips, questions and support can be shared.
1pm to 4pm: American Sign Language Curriculum Shareshop
led by Joanna Witulski Goals:
• Share curricula that are used in your classroom - one or all, including supplemental resources.
